Description:
This gum is considered a force of nature with it’s strong bark protecting it from bushfires; it can grow between 40-50 metres in height. Commonly found in the bush lands of northern and southern New South Wales as well as areas of Queensland and Victoria. Our bees take a liking to this particular gum, working hard to produce an opulent and sweet variety. Serving Suggestion: We suggest complementing your weekend meat roasts with this variety in the form of a glaze . It would even be sensational mixed with lemon juice and brushed onto roasted veggies. |
