In using our website to purchase Australian Queen Bee Line products, you are bound to our terms and conditions as a customer. Before placing an order please understand the websites terms and conditions. As once an order is placed a binding agreement has been created between you and Australian Queen Bee Line Pty Ltd.
PRICES & PAYMENT
We only accept credit card or PayPal payments. Our accepted cards are VISA or MasterCard.
An order will not be fulfilled until full payment is received.
All prices on this website are in AUD
We bear the right to change the prices on any of our products as we see fit without warning or notice to our customers. As a customer please understand this is because the honey industry is dependant on season and yearly honey production, our prices are reflective of these circumstances.
SHIPPING
We do not ship to PO Boxes.
Our shipping rates are reflective of the weight of your order.

QUARANTINE RESTRICTIONS
We are unable to process orders for Western Australia due to quarantine restrictions.
Our honey, honeycomb and by-products are not to be shipped to any part of Western Australia. This is to comply with domestic quarantine restrictions in Australia.
CANCELLATIONS
Australian Queen Bee Line Pty Ltd reserves the right not to accept or to cancel any order once accepted, without penalty. As a customer you may cancel an order without penalty as long as we receive the notification prior to the order being dispatched.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Here at Australian Queen Bee Line we are committed to providing quality products to all of our customers.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with any of our products please contact our team on 02 6369 0565 within 7 days of receiving your item/s to discuss your return options with one of our staff.
We are happy to provide an exchange where the product is faulty, unfit for the purpose intended or an incorrect size has been originally received. In order to exchange a product we ask that you provide proof of purchase, so please retain all invoices issued to you. Where we agree to a product return we will arrange free return delivery of the item from you and a replacement product from the same range to an equivalent value if the item purchased is unavailable for any reason.
