Description:
This particular Eucalypt is most commonly found in rural New South Wales and the southern part of Queensland and can grow upwards of 80 meters tall. Our bees have flown tirelessly to produce this exquisite variety. Although not as sweet as our classic Yellowbox, Stingy Bark honey can be enjoyed by all ages. Note its slightly darker appearance and more fibrous texture which can all be attributed to the marvelous gum it comes from. Serving Suggestion: We recommend this particular variety be added to your festive cheese boards or smothered on a warm scone. |
